By purchasing a ticket or entering the park, you agree to follow the terms and conditions mentioned below. These are designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
- Entry and Tickets
- Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket or pass purchased through our official website or authorized counters.
- Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the date mentioned.
- Guests must retain their tickets/wristbands throughout their visit and present them upon request.
- Refunds and Cancellations
- Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase only, provided the ticket is unused.
- After 24 hours, tickets become non-refundable and non-cancellable.
- Refunds are not applicable due to bad weather, technical issues, or park maintenance closures.
- Park Rules and Safety
- All visitors must follow the instructions of park staff and safety rules displayed at each ride or attraction.
- Management reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest behaving in an unsafe or inappropriate manner.
- Certain rides may have height, weight, or health restrictions for safety reasons.
- Personal Belongings
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The park is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
- Lockers may be available for temporary storage at the guest’s discretion.
- Photography and Media
- Photography for personal use is allowed.
- Commercial photography, videography, or drone use inside the park is strictly prohibited without prior permission from management.
- Weather and Ride Operations
- Some rides or attractions may be temporarily closed due to maintenance, safety, or weather conditions.
- In that case, we give another ride for compensation.
- Liability
- Guests enter the park at their own risk.
- Ludhiana Fun Kingdom shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from negligence or failure to follow park rules.
- Modification of Terms
- Ludhiana Fun Kingdom reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
