After 24 hours, no refund or cancellation will be accepted under any circumstances.
- Eligibility for Refund
The ticket must be unused and purchased directly from Ludhiana Fun Kingdom’s official website or authorized counters.
Refund requests must include a valid proof of purchase (booking ID, payment receipt, etc.).
- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not applicable for tickets used for park entry, rides, or events.
Refunds are not available due to weather conditions, maintenance issues, or guest no-shows.
- Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
Any convenience or processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
